Mixed feelings but mostly positive
I'll be upfront - the first couple months were hard. I almost gave up around week 6 bc i felt like i wasnt getting enough support and my route wasnt performing like i expected. I sent a pretty frustrated email to the team and to their credit they got on a call with me within 24 hours and walked through everything. Turns out i had a couple settings wrong in the routing software that was causing me to miss opportunities. Once we fixed that things improved dramatically. so the support is there if u push for it. now im at month 5 and im finally in the green and growing. just be persistant.
